Georges and Claudie have been running the Bistro for some time, and it has been one of my favorite restaurants in the area for a long time.  Their traditional French dishes are fantastic and the surroundings are great.

I have checked with Georges and we should be able to handle the normal-sized group, however I do need to make a reservation with a reasonably definitive count by Saturday, June 7^th, so I ask that you let me know not later then Saturday, June 7, 2008, at 5:00 pm if you plan on coming.  Thanks!

Separate checks will not be a problem, but with large groups Georges does ask that we pay in cash whenever possible, to speed things up.  I guess that the dial-up connection for his credit card machine is slow. . . .
